At Umi (Mirai Enterprises), we ensure that every order is handled with care and dispatched in a timely manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping and delivery policy.
Order Processing and Non Shipping Days
All orders are processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days from the date of purchase, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Bangalore City: 1–2 business days
- Other Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or weather conditions.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, these timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
Delays
Under certain circumstances, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including those related to courier, weather conditions, operational disruptions or local delivery personnel.
In such cases, delivery may take longer than expected.
Shipping Charges
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over Rs. 999.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Insurance and Damages
- Every order is shipped with comprehensive transit insurance to ensure your purchase reaches you safely.
- In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours at hello@umimatchashop.com with the Subject: [Damaged in transit] [Order #xxxx]
- To be eligible for a refund or replacement, clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging must be sent via email within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims will not be attended to over Whatsapp, Instagram DM or other modes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details from our logistics partner to monitor its progress.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Shipping details, including the address and other personal information, are auto-filled exactly as entered by a customer at checkout and processed through our logistics aggregator. Once an order is placed, these details cannot be manually modified by us.
Umi will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Failed Delivery / Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect phone number
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability after valid delivery attempts
- Order refusal after dispatch
A refund will be issued once the package is received back at our warehouse, minus a 10% restocking fee and RTO charges to cover return shipping charges.
Remote/Unserviceable Pin codes
In the event that a pin code is deemed unserviceable due to:
Logistics-related issues
- Remote or inaccessible locations
- Adverse weather conditions
- Strikes or local blockades
The order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment source.
